Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

We want BriskClip Pro to be an easy, low-risk purchase. This policy applies to Pro subscriptions bought on briskclip.com through our payment processor, Stripe.

1. Cancel anytime

2. 7-day money-back guarantee (first payment)

If BriskClip Pro isn't right for you, request a refund within 7 days of your first Pro payment (monthly or annual) and we will refund it in full. No questions asked. This applies once per customer.

3. Annual plans

4. Monthly renewals

Monthly renewal payments are not refundable once the new month has started. Cancel anytime to stop the next one.

5. EU / UK customers: 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you have a legal right to withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days of purchase. At checkout you ask us to start the service immediately. If you withdraw within 14 days we will refund your payment. Where you have already used Pro features, we may deduct an amount proportionate to the time used, as the law allows. To withdraw, email us a clear statement (for example: “I withdraw from my BriskClip Pro subscription”).

6. Duplicate charges, billing errors and outages

Duplicate charges, charges after a confirmed cancellation, and other billing errors are always refunded in full. If a serious problem on our side stopped you from using Pro for a long time, contact us and we will extend your plan or give a partial refund.

7. How to request a refund

Email ma1466155432@gmail.com from the email address on your account (or the one used at checkout), with the date of the charge or your Stripe receipt. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to post them. When a refund is issued, Pro access for that period ends.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We can usually resolve billing issues faster. If a chargeback is filed, Pro access may be paused while the dispute is open.

9. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
